Due to coronavirus concerns, the LAPC spring photography event has been postponed to September 19 and 20, 2020.

The Linn Area Photography Club in Cedar Rapids was scheduled to hold its annual Spring Photography Event on April 25-26. This event has been postponed to September 19-20, 2020.

Day #1 will feature two presentations: Tamron rep Jillian Bell will talk about macro/closeup photography, followed by a presentation on light painting by Roger Feldhans. Cost for the day is $30 which includes lunch.

Day #2 will be your choice of either a hands-on macro workshop or a light painting workshop. They are led by the two presenters from the previous day. Bring your camera gear and tripod. Cost is $50 per workshop.
